Cooking instructions...In 8 cups of water, add 2 stalks of lemongrass and contents of the package. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove lemongrass. Add 1 can of coconut milk and juice of one lime, simmer 10 minutes...salt to taste. (can add protein of choice)
