Thai Coconut Lemongrass Soup (Citronnelle Thaïlandaise à la noix de Coco) 257g Gluten free/vegan
Ingredients: lentils, rice, veggies (carrot, potato, leeks, red & green bell peppers, celery, cabbage) onion, coconut, nutritional yeast, curry spice (mustard), thai spice mix, garlic, Mediterranean seas salt, turmeric, parsley, oregano, onion powder, thyme, poultry seasoning.
Ingrédients: Lentilles, riz, légumes (carotte, pomme de terre, poireaux, poivrons rouges et verts, céleri, chou) oignon, noix de coco, levure nutritionnelle, épice au curry (moutarde), mélange d’épices thaïlandaises, ail, sel des mers méditerranéennes, curcuma, persil, origan, poudre d’oignon, thym, assaisonnement de volaille.

Cooking instructions are based on the family size product. Mini versions make 4-5 cups, please refer to cooking instructions on package
In 8 cups of water, add 2 stalks of lemongrass and contents of the package. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove lemongrass. Add 1 can of coconut milk and juice of one lime, simmer 10 minutes...salt to taste. (can add protein of choice)
