Cooking instructions...Remove fruit and nuts from package. ADD quinoa to 1 cups of boiling water, turn down heat and simmer for 15- 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add fruit and nuts and chill in the fridge. Before serving add 1/2 can (drained) of chickpeas and 1/4 cup of fresh chopped mint.
